If you haven’t subscribed through iTunes, you can manage your subscription through MeisterTask. This is a beautifully designed, practical and flexible task manager. It makes you feel calm and in control just by looking at it! It is the simplest, yet most efficient kanban method, which can be built to incorporate GTD or any other organisational system you may use. The dealbreaker is that you can not schedule a task. Who has ever heard of a task manager that cannot schedule your tasks into your day? You can get a timeline if you are willing to subscribe to the most expensive business plan, but even if you’re paying for Pro, no scheduling for you.
What is the point of calendar integration if the best it can do is a half an hr slot in your calendar at the time the task is due? Even with IFTTT integration it is impossible. Planning time to actually DO the task before it’s due still has to be done manually in your daily schedule.
